Can I Return the Products I Bought from BABEXİ? What Are Your Return Conditions?

  • BABEXİ offers an unconditional exchange policy within 7 days after delivery, provided that the original packaging is not damaged and the product has not been harmed. You can exchange your product without providing a reason. (If the new product is cheaper, the difference will be refunded to your card; if it’s more expensive, the difference will be charged.)
  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
  • Products whose original packaging has been damaged (e.g., shipping labels stuck directly on the box or the box sealed with shipping tape) will not be accepted.
  • Items that have lost their resellable condition or are not suitable for sale to another customer will not be accepted for return.
  • You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a petition stating the reason for return, along with the product you wish to return.
  • If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must send the product with the contracted shipping company that brought it to you. In other return cases, the shipping fee belongs to you.
  • If the product or products you want to return are not classified as defective, the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 45 days.
